Since 1992 when the first restaurant opened in South Kensington, Café Lazeez has been a delighting diner with its Indian cuisine that’s nourishing and delectable and has contributed to the evolution of the nation’s favourite food.

Café Lazeez’s menu uses both vegetables and meat, subtly spiced and barbecued, grilled or allowed to cook slowly in their own juices. The menu embraces the healthy approach and offers tempting dishes, which are light, fresh and best of all lower in calories!

The Lazeez concept combines a lively contemporary environment with an innovative approach to the traditional cuisine. Its success and popularity has seen the restaurant win a number of awards including Best Indian Restaurant at the Carlton London Restaurant Awards on two occasions, and Group of the Year at Best in Britain Awards.

The Soho Theatre complex in 2000, which has now been rebranded to Lazeez@ Soho continues to attract the local media crowd and a host of celebrities including Bob Geldof, Patsy Kensit, Rio Ferdiand, Jodie Kidd and Harry Enfield to name a few.

Café Lazeez, Birmingham, the first branch outside London, launched in January 2001 is situated within a contemporary lifestyle development in the city centre’s prestigious Mailbox mall.

Also, the first franchise outside UK to be launched in December 2007, in Gibralta is situated in one of the most exotic locations in the city.

Lazeez@ Soho continues to entice diners with dishes such as Malabar Crab cake- Fresh crab meat cakes with curry leaves, mustard, ginger and spring onions served with mango and black bean salsa or Ginger Lamb Chops- Tandoor grilled lamb chops served with cumin- curry leaf potato and asparagus spears.
